General Information
How to Order
- Select a category from the left side of the page to view product selections.
- Click on product picture to view larger image, description, and price.
- To add item to cart, click Add To Shopping Cart at bottom of screen.
- Specify desired quantity and size. Then click Add This Item at bottom of screen.
- If you are personalizing, enter the location.
- Confirm contents of your shopping cart and click Continue Shopping to browse more products or Checkout to enter shipping and billing information, then submit your order.
- After your order has been submitted, a list of items ordered along with an order number will be displayed confirming your order has been received. Please print out this confirmation as it will be the only one you receive.
Shipping Information
All orders will be processed within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
UPS cannot ship to a PO Box; you must use a street address.

Sales Tax
Please note that prices do not include sales tax. If your order is being shipped within California, applicable sales tax will be applied.
Returns
Non-damaged merchandise can be returned for an exchange within 15 days of purchase. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made by Custom Logos.
